And unlike most of what's on our floor, the Brook isn't pulled from stock. It's cut, built, and upholstered for you in North Carolina — in the configuration, fabric, color, and even wood finish you pick. Nothing about it is a compromise between what you wanted and what happened to be in the warehouse that week.

Every piece sits on a cabinet-grade hardwood frame with interlocking mortise-and-tenon joints and corner blocking — the kind of construction that carries a limited lifetime warranty. The cushions are a high-density (2.0 lb), high-resiliency foam core capped on both sides with super-soft foam and a baffled down blend, so it's sink-in soft the second you sit down, and built the same top and bottom so you can flip them and they wear evenly. The backs are loose 80/20 hypoallergenic down-blend cushions encased in a 100% cotton, down-proof ticking (the bag around the fabric).

Every piece is modular, meaning you can pick out the exact configuration that will fit best in your space. You can add additional pieces down the road as well. And when you move, it goes through the doorway in pieces instead of getting stuck on that one tricky doorway!
