  • Do you deliver?

    Absolutely! Delivery starts at $85 for curbside delivery within 1 hour of our warehouse in West Chester, PA. We can also deliver farther away, if needed! Enter your address on the Checkout page for an automatic calculation based on distance traveled. We also welcome you to come pick up your couch at our warehouse, and we're happy to help load it in your truck or trailer.

  • How quickly can you deliver?

    Unlike most big box furniture stores, most of our couches are 1 of 1, so we can deliver the same week you order, sometimes even same day, depending on your location!

  • Where do you get couches from?

    Our inventory comes from a few different sources: 1. Overstocked couches directly from retailers. 2. Returned items from retailers or third-party liquidators. 3. Pre-owned couches from individuals who contact us for removal.

    Yes, we do! We offer both new and used couches. For our new inventory, we maintain the same high quality standards that we apply to our used couches.

  • Can you source specific couches?

    Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of whatever our liquidation and wholesale suppliers have available for us. However, we can occasionally snipe specific items. So if you have a request, Message us!

  • Do you hold couches?

    Yes, we can hold a couch for up to 2 weeks with full payment. If you need us to hold it longer than 2 weeks, we charge a $100 holding fee per week held.

  • How do I know if the couch will fit in my space?

    Each couch listing on our website has accurate dimensions either in the listing description, or visually laid out on the 2nd photo. Make sure to measure your space and compare it with the dimensions we provide. Don’t forget to check doorways and hallways for clearance! Need help? Contact us anytime.

  • How long have you had the couch in stock?

    Typically, it takes 5 days to prepare a couch for sale from when it enters our facility. Once it's listed on our website, many of our most popular items sell in just a day or two, but on average, it takes about 1 week for that couch to find a new home.

  • What if I’m not happy with my purchase after delivery?

    All sales are final, so we encourage you to carefully review all the details before purchasing. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out before purchasing, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

  • Is there any warranty on your couches?

    We do not offer an official warranty. However, our reputation along with your satisfaction is very important to us, so if any major issues come up, we’ll do our best to make it right and make you whole.

  • What payment Methods do you accept?

    We accept a variety of payment methods, including Cash in person, all major Credit/Debit cards through our website, as well as PayPal & Venmo to make your purchase as convenient as possible.

  • Do you offer any financing options?

    Yes, we do offer some financing options on our checkout page - Shop Pay Installments (they are partnered with Affirm), as well as through Paypal's "Paypal Credit".
